Pioneer Family,

We're in a love/hate relationship with this rain. We need it, but we need to play too! All these changes to practices, games and fundraising stuff have been chaotic to say the least - and we apologize.

Upcoming information is all listed below:

Money Collection:

Turn-in day for everything will be scheduled for Tuesday, February 19th - Rain or shine. Please head down to the fields 2:30-5:15. You will be turning in any Banner checks, exchange cash for your deposit check for Pancake Breakfast and SMG tickets, Fan Gear (if you are ordering) and Boot Camp entries. Any deposit checks left over after this collection time will be deposited. As always, thank you for your support!

Boot Camp:

We are still waiting for final confirmation of the dates & times for the boot camp workouts. If you have not signed up yet, please be prepared to turn in your signed Liability form and weigh in on Tuesday, February 19th from 2:30-5:15 (rain or shine). We need participation from every player in order to meet our budget. So far, only 7 players have found their sponsor teams. It's a great opportunity to shed some unwanted pounds and support the program at the same time!

Manlet Tournament:

Rain... Rain... go away. Unfortunately, our fields are too soaked to play. We will move our tournament to February 23rd and March 2nd. If you had a scheduled shift for this weekend, please re-schedule. You can go to Sign Up and schedule in your Snack Bar and Field Duty shifts.

Uniform/Spirit Pack:

Most of our items are in! I will be handing out items on Tuesday, before the game. We received the game socks, visors, t-shirts, sweatpants and hoodies! Helmets (for the new players) should arrive sometime next week. Jackets are still on backorder and will be available early March. Thank you for your patience!

Fan Gear:

Please submit your orders by Tuesday! Click here for the price sheet and order form for your convenience. We accept cash, check and credit cards.

Snack Bar for Home Games (not Manlet Tournament):

We will be finalizing the schedule soon, and when we do, we need to schedule parents to run the Snack Bar during our home games. It's not a full snack bar (no BBQ), but we will be needing 2 parents on certain days to run it. We will divide the games up and split the shifts between Varsity and JV. We will also need 1-2 volunteers from each team to hang up banners on their fields. Times and dates will be given to your Team Moms who will then coordinate the volunteers. We earn money every time we open the Snack Bar, so please, help us out and volunteer for a couple of hours!
