Pioneer Family,

This is a long email with some important information:

Fundraising Money

Money for the Pancake Breakfast tickets and SMG tickets are due tomorrow. If you have sold your $250 for SMG and $125 for the Pancake Breakfast, we will be handing you your deposit check back. If you have already turned it in, thank you.. and if you bought-out, thank you as well. For those who did not sell all their tickets, please try to do so. We depend on these funds to meet our budget so that we can provide the necessary items for our softball program. We take our budget total and divide it amongst the number of players - so if a player does not turn in their share, it hurts the entire program because we have to cut something out. So, the easiest way to show your support is to buy-out the remaining items yourself, as a donation to our program. Either way, please turn in your items tomorrow at the fields during normal practice hours (rain or shine).

Boot Camp

We have finally set a day to weigh in and turn in your signed liability forms! Date is set for tomorrow at the fields, during normal practice hours (rain or shine). Please contact those who are participating and make sure they bring their payment and their signed liability form (form is attached). If you have already turned in your entry fees, we have you on the list - so please come weigh in.

Uniforms/Spirit Pack

It seems there is a bit of confusion, and we apologize. There are similar words that we use, but they are separate. The bags, jerseys & pants that your daughter received on Friday were our GAME uniforms - and they are borrowed. They must be collected back at the end of our season. The Spirit Pack is our PRACTICE uniforms and a few GAME items that are kept by you - and they have not been handed out yet. We should be receiving those items next week. We, unfortunately, have the jackets on back order, and they won't arrive until March. Please know your payment of $245, $295 or $350 that was collected at the Parent/Player Meeting in January includes the following: 3 practice shirts, 1 hoodie sweatshirt, 1 sweatpants, 2 game socks, 1 visor, 1 purple shirt & socks, and 1 pink shirt & socks. If you paid $295, you also will get a jacket. If you paid $350, you will receive the jacket and a helmet.

Fan Gear (Spirit Gear)

There is an order form attached if you would like to purchase fan gear for yourself, friends or family members. They are not the same items that our players wear, these are custom ordered specifically for our fans! Since we will be playing games soon, please know that we are rush ordering all items - so we need to place the order on Wednesday. You can pay by cash, check or credit card.

Banners

Please make sure you turn in all Banner orders and have them send over their artwork to boosters@pioneersoftball.org ASAP. They take about 3-5 days to make. Even if you or the company sends over artwork, I cannot have the banner created until we receive the payment for it. Keep selling - we can place as many orders as needed when they come in.

Photos

We need photos! If you took any at the Pancake Breakfast, please send them to boosters@pioneersoftball.org. Also, during the season, we need as many photos as you can take - of each girl. We produce a DVD and include pictures of everyone, so please take some throughout the season. You can share a Google drive, One Drive, put them on a DVD or thumb drive, or email them to us :)

Website

Our website is www.pioneersoftball.org. There you will find information, emails, rosters, game schedules (currently being updated), photos, forms and flyers, information on our Manlet Tournament, and info on our Boosters (currently being updated). We have been working on our website, and not everything is uploaded yet, so please be patient. If you need anything, please just send over an email. We have digital copies of everything.

Financials

The Boosters are 100% transparent. Every item we purchase and all the money we collect is always tracked. We are in the process of creating our Booster page on our website that includes our Budget, Financial Update and our Meeting Minutes. This is a timely task, so we ask for your patience. If you need to view any of these documents before we are able to get them uploaded to the website, please just ask!
